The only way to become "Lean for Life" is to stop the diet cycle. Diets are not the solution; they are a temporary fix.  It’s one thing to have success on a diet; it’s another to keep unwanted fat off your body forever.

If your goal is to keep unwanted body fat off, there is only one way to accomplish this: You must learn to eat right and exercise effectively. That doesn't mean only eat cauliflower and tuna the rest of your life; nor does it mean you must work out two hours a day.  Most of our clients eat more than they did before they started the program.  We also show them effective workouts that are 30 minutes or less that can be done either at home or at a gym. To be "Lean for Life" you must change your habits. Otherwise you will always be on the weight loss roller coaster.
